Get ready to take your pole game to the next level! This class combines passive and active style stretching techniques to help build strength, flexibility and increased range of motion particularly in your hips, back and shoulders. Adding Pole Flex into your weekly routine will help deepen your pole practice and allow for you to take on more challenging and bendy moves! . All levels are welcome.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations need to be made at least 12 hours prior to the class start time. . Private Lessons and studio rental require 24 hours notice. . Without proper notice, your session will be forfeited without credit . *Please note that arriving outside of our 5 minute grace period also constitutes a no show/ late cancel.
