Thank you for choosing to rent with CoCreate Pole Fitness. To ensure a safe, professional, and respectful environment for all guests, please carefully review and adhere to the following rental policies:

1. Rental Terms

• The studio may be rented by the hour or day, as agreed upon in your rental confirmation.

• All bookings require advance payment and a signed agreement to secure your date and time.

2. Instructor Policy

• Please Note: Only certified and insured instructors may offer pole dance or fitness instruction during a rental.

• Instructors must submit valid proof of certification and liability insurance prior to booking.

• Instruction conducted without prior approval and documentation is strictly prohibited.

3. Attendee Information & Liability

• You are required to provide the full names of all attendees in writing before your rental session.

• This ensures that we have a current liability release form on file for each participant.

• Please email this information to: info@cocreatepolefitness.com prior to your scheduled appointment.

4. Credit Card on File

• A valid credit card must be kept on file at the time of booking. This card will only be charged in the event of:

  • Damage to studio property (equipment, flooring, mirrors, walls, etc.)

  • Theft of any items belonging to the studio.

  • Violation of rental terms, including misuse of space or failure to clean up properly.

5. Damage, Theft & Violation Charges

• You will be notified in writing if damages or losses occur during your rental.

• Charges may include:

  • Repair fees (starting at $50, depending on the item).

  • Replacement costs for stolen or irreparable items (at current market value).

  • Cleaning fees for excessive mess or disorder (minimum $75).

  • Unauthorized overtime at $1 per minute

6. Photography & Filming

• Absolutely no photography or filming is permitted beyond the use of a personal cell phone, unless you receive prior written consent from studio management.

• Unauthorized commercial or professional content capture is prohibited.

7. Security & Access

• For safety and liability purposes, indoor and outdoor video surveillance is in operation 24 hours a day.

• Entry to the studio requires a unique access code.

• All studio rules and rental policies must be strictly followed while inside the space.

8. Cancellations

• A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all rentals.

• If proper notice is not given, you will forfeit your session and will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

9. End-of-Rental Expectations

• You must be fully dressed and ready to exit the studio by the end of your scheduled rental time.

• Please allow time to clean up and gather your belongings to ensure the studio is clear and ready for the next guest.

By renting from CoCreate Pole Fitness, you acknowledge and agree to all terms stated above, including authorization of charges to your credit card for any applicable damages, violations, or fees.
