Service Description

This mixed-level class focuses on conditioning and technique while incorporating stylized elements to make your climbs and inversions smoother, stronger, and more graceful—all while wearing heels. Expect a dynamic workout that emphasizes key pole skills like leg waves, pirouettes, body rolls, and other fluid movements to elevate your performance. You'll focus on strength, flexibility, and fluidity, mastering how to climb and invert with finesse. Heels will add an extra layer of challenge and style, helping you build control, confidence, and presence on the pole. This class is not recommended for intro level students. Please start with 6-8 PoleFUNdamentals classes before joining us here. Heels not required but strongly encouraged.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations need to be made at least 12 hours prior to the class start time. . Private Lessons and studio rentals require 24 hours notice. . Without proper notice, your session will be forfeited without credit. No shows and late cancels will result in an ADDITIONAL $15 penalty fee. No further classes can be attended until your account is brought current. . *Please note that arriving outside of our 5 minute grace period also constitutes a no show/ late cancel. Please plan accordingly! All classes must be used by the same individual unless otherwise permitted in writing. . Courses & Series: You are signing up for a Paid in full series. Missed sessions are forfeited unless otherwise discussed in writing. . All sales are final

✨ How to Prep for The Art of Allure ✨

To make the most of your shoot, all you need is a little movement plan:

  • Pick 3–5 of your favorite tricks or combos that feel good in your body.

  • Add in any floorwork you know and love (even something simple looks stunning on camera).Leg waves, body rolls, cat pounces, etc.

  • Think about transitions that feel natural to you—this helps Katie capture your flow in the most effortless way.

 

 This shoot isn’t about showing up with a perfect, seamless one-cut routine. It’s about bringing the little pieces of yourself you love as a dancer and letting them shine. Remember: it doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to be YOU. Katie’s eye will make your movement shine.
