Service Description

This class will introduce you to the essential techniques and elements of lyra, helping you build a solid foundation and understanding of this beautiful aerial art form. You'll learn how to enter/exit the hoop, simple tricks and spins, strength and flexibility exercises as well as how to connect basic poses with smooth transitions. Gain a comprehensive understanding of lyra basics and the confidence to explore more advanced moves! . This is an introductory/ beginner lyra class. Modifications and added challenges will be provided as necessary. . Attire: Leggings and tank tops suggested Socks optional. *Always bring water

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations need to be made at least 12 hours prior to the class start time. . Private Lessons and studio rentals require 24 hours notice. . Without proper notice, your session will be forfeited without credit. No shows and late cancels will result in an ADDITIONAL $15 penalty fee. No further classes can be attended until your account is brought current. . *Please note that arriving outside of our 5 minute grace period also constitutes a no show/ late cancel. Please plan accordingly! All classes must be used by the same individual unless otherwise permitted in writing. . Courses & Series: You are signing up for a Paid in full series. Missed sessions are forfeited unless otherwise discussed in writing. . All sales are final
