VIRTUAL Pole Flex (stretch)

This is a stretch AND strengthen class. A huge part of what we do as pole dancers comes from the ability to bend our bodies and do it safely. This class will focus on exercises that strengthen the joints, tendons and ligaments that surround and support the very muscles we are trying to stretch. This will decrease the risk to injury and help us get into those beautifully bendy pole shapes.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations need to be made at least 12 hours prior to the class start time. . Private Lessons and studio rental require 24 hours notice. . Without proper notice, your session will be forfeited without credit . *Please note that arriving outside of our 5 minute grace period also constitutes a no show/ late cancel. Please plan accordingly! All classes must be used by the same individual unless otherwise permitted in writing. . 4 week Courses: You are signing up for a Paid in full 4 week series. . All sales are final. Missed sessions will be forfeited.
