Service Description

IT'S BACK!!! The flagship Fit & Bendy class that started it all is back for a limited 4-week series. This 90-minute class covers the physical skills required to explore the beautiful art of contortion and develop splits and backbends. What you will learn: Every week we will start with a high-energy full-body warm up that challenges balance and end range of movement control. We will then focus on full range of motion strengthening and resistance stretching to build strength and flexibility together. Each week will have a different area of focus to develop technique for splits and back bends. Week 1: Hip mobility Week 2: Splits Week 3: Shoulder/upper back mobility Week 4: Bridge (wheel) back bends This is an intermediate course. You do not have to have a flat split or perfect backbend but a regular mobility practice will make this much more enjoyable for you! . We have 4 Early release slots! Snag yours while you can!
