Guest Instructor Virtual Classes

Take a class with one of our virtual guest Instructors. Classes are 70 minutes and $20 each or 3 for $55!

1 hour 10 minutes

Students learn how adding grip changes, leg & arm variations, torso twists & other modifications turn simple moves into more interesting ones! Each class covers at least 3 tricks, with different entries & exits. Class is designed with limited ceiling height in mind, so all moves are done from one invert or climb.

Level: Intermediate-Advanced

Pre-requisites: Comfort with inverts (grounded and aerially), inside & outside leg hip holds

1 hour 10 minutes 

Learn the art of balancing with the pole. Students will flow through various shoulder, forearm and handstands with the pole. Class will include a conditioning aspect, with exercises designed to enhance wrist, arm, shoulder and core strength, and increase flexibility.

Level: Intermediate-Advanced

Pre-requisites: Headstand or forearm stand against the pole. Ability to hold a handstand against a wall or pole for at least 10 seconds a plus.

Flip your perspective & go upside down! Each class focuses on at least 3 tricks, with different entries & exits to increase students’ movement vocabulary. Since many students don't have crash mats or spotters, moves will incorporate numerous contact points with ‘training wheel’ variations provided.

Level: Intermediate-Advanced
